Scalability means increasing or decreasing the properties of a system depending on requirements and needs.
The Aruba Cloud system can be horizontally and vertically scaled.
- Horizontal scaling: is the possibility of intervening on the specific structure by adding or removing Cloud Servers.
- Vertical scaling: is the possibility of intervening on a single Cloud Server by increasing or reducing the individual components (vCPU, RAM, HD, etc.).
These two modes of intervention form the basis of Cloud.
