1.3 Recover login details

If you have lost your AWI account username or have forgotten your password, you can follow the steps to recover (for the AWI account username) and reset (for the password) them.

Go to the login page for the Control Panel:

• If you have lost your AWI account username, click on "Recover username" under "Account".
• If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten password?" under "Password".
