1.6 Deleting a Cloud Server

Deleting a Cloud Server

Remember that when you delete a Cloud Server:
  • any snapshots linked to it will be permanently deleted;
  • connected resources (IP addresses, volumes, etc.) will be disconnected and made available again.
  • Sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • in the left vertical menu, under SERVICES select Compute;
  • in the Cloud Servers area, click on Go to Cloud Servers;
  • in the Cloud Servers section, find the Cloud Server you want to delete and click on the three dots ... at the end of the line;
  • select Delete from the list of options;
  • the Delete Cloud Server window will open requesting confirmation of the action;
  • click on the Delete Cloud Server button to complete the action.

Deleting a Cloud Server with a Failed status

  • Sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • in the left vertical menu, under SERVICES select Compute;
  • in the Cloud Servers area, click on Go to Cloud Servers;
  • in the Cloud Servers section, find the Cloud Server you want to delete and click on the three dots ... at the end of the line;
  • select Manage from the list of options;
  • this will take you to the Cloud Server details page;
  • click on the Cloud Server actions button and select Delete;
  • the Delete Cloud Server window will open requesting confirmation of the action;
  • click on the Delete Cloud Server button to complete the action.
