Technical features of service

The main features of Cloud Servers that you can create and manage are listed below
  • hosted in cluster structure with redundant hosts;
  • storage SSD with NVMe disks from 20 GB to 120 GB;
  • number of vCPUs from 1 to 32;
  • vCPU Intel Xeon;
  • RAM from 2 to 64;
  • option to take snapshots;
  • SLA 99.95%;
  • network card 1 Gb/s flat;
  • unlimited and included traffic.

Sizes available

When creating a Cloud Server, you need to choose which template to use from the available options:
  • openSUSE 15
  • Debian 11 e 12
  • AlmaLinux OS 8 e 9
  • Ubuntu Server 20 e 22
  • Windows 2019 e 2022
Please note that once you have created the Cloud Server, the template cannot be changed, unlike the size.

Sizes available

When creating a Cloud Server, after choosing the template, you will be asked to select a size from the available options.:
  • General Purpose

    These have a vCPU to RAM ratio of 1 to 2, making them ideal for versatile use of the Cloud Server.
  • Ram Oriented

    These have a vCPU to RAM ratio of 1 to 4, making them suitable for Cloud Server use where computing power and high performance are required.

Cloud Server status

A Cloud Server status can be:
  • Creating
  • Active
  • Failed
  • Off
  • Updating
  • Disabling
  • Disabled
  • Rebooting
  • Deleting

When to intervene

  • Failed: you can only delete the Cloud Server.
  • Disabled:
    • if the Cloud Server has been disabled due to insufficient credit, make a top-up sufficient to cover the cost of the service.;
    • if the Cloud Server has been disabled for suspected spam, open a support request on assistenza.aruba.it.
