Recovering Cloud account login details

Lost Cloud account details (AWI-12345 format) and forgotten passwords can be recovered or reset (passwords) by following the relevant procedure.

Go to the New Cloud Management Platform login page:

Recovering account linked to Cloud account

To recover a Cloud account (AWI-12345 format) follow the procedure below:
  • sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • select Recover account under Account;
  • this will take you to the Recover account area;
  • enter the email address used when registering the Cloud account in the Email field;
  • click on CONFIRM.

The system will send you an email with details of the Cloud account associated with the email address entered in the recovery procedure.
 
If you enter an incorrect email address, the message Check that the email is correct will be displayed.

Resetting Cloud account password

To reset the Cloud account (AWI-12345 format) password:
  • go to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • select Forgotten your password? above the Password field;
  • this will take you to Request password reset;
  • enter the Cloud account (AWI-12345 format) for which you have forgotten the password in the Account field;
  • click on RESET PASSWORD.
The system will send you an email (to the address connected to the Cloud account) with a link to change the password and a code.
 
Please note that the code provided to change your password is valid for 4 hours.

Click on the link in the email to go to the process for changing your password.

Process for changing your password

In the Change password form, you will be asked to enter:
  • Account username: the AWI account username for which you are resetting your password.
  • Password reset code: the temporary code in the email you have received (valid for 4 hours)).
  • New password: the new password you have chosen.
  • Repeat password: confirmation of the password you have chosen.
Once you have completed the form, click on CHANGE PASSWORD.

A message saying Password changed successfully will appear. Click on CONTINUE and you will be taken to the Control Panel login page.

The system will send an email confirming that the password has been changed successfully.
 
Please note that the password (for the AWI account) is valid for 6 months, after which it must be changed.

Password expired, setting new password

If you try to log in to the New Cloud Management Platform, you will be asked to change your password, and in the relevant form you will be asked to enter::
  • Current password
    the password with which you are logged in;
  • New password
    the new password you have chosen;
  • Repeat password
    confirmation of the password you have chosen.
Once you have completed the form, click on CHANGE PASSWORD.

The system will then send an email confirming that the password has been changed.
 
The password (for the Cloud account) is valid for 6 months, after which it must be changed.
