1.7 Activity log

Activities prior to the release of the activity log service (26/03/2024) will not be recorded.

To sign in to the volumes activity log for the Block Storage service, follow the steps below:
  • sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • in the left vertical menu, under YOUR SERVICES select Manage > Storage;
  • in the Block Storage area, click on Go to Block Storage;
  • in the bottom part of the page, select Activity log;
  • activity will be displayed and can be sorted by:
    • Activity type;
    • Activity description;
    • Service name;
    • Activity date and time;
    • Criticality level;
    • Outcome.
To see the activity log for a single volume, follow these steps:
  • on the Block Storage page, find the volume and click on the three dots ... at the end of the line;
  • select Manage volume;
  • this will take you to the volume details page;
  • in the bottom part of the page, select Activity log;

Activity details and Log

For each activity (user or system) you can see the details by clicking on the arrow at the end of the line.
In the activity details page in the Log section, you will find three dots, which you can click on to select to copy or download (in TXT format) the logs displayed.
