1.8.1 Deleting a volume with a Failed status

To delete a volume with a Failed status, follow the steps below:
  • sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • in the left vertical menu, under YOUR SERVICES select Manage > Storage;
  • in the Block Storage area, click on Go to Block Storage;
  • in the Block Storage section, find the volume you want to delete and click on the three dots ... at the end of the line;
  • select Manage volume from the list of options;
  • this will take you to the volume details page;
  • click on the Volume actions button and select Delete volume;
  • the Delete Volume window will open requesting confirmation of the action;
  • click on the Delete Volume button to complete the action.
