Activity log

The activity log displays activity details for the last 24 months. Activities prior to the service release (26/03/2024) will not be shown. You can consult the activity log for the following services:

The activity log shows activities from both the New Cloud Management Platform and the Control Panel.

To access the activity log, proceed as follows:
  • sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
  • in the left vertical menu, under UTILITIES select Activity log;
  • this takes you to the Activity log section where all activity from the last 24 months will be listed (can be filtered for a time range of your choice).
You can consult your activity or system activity using the appropriate options before the list:
  • User activity;
  • System activity.

Filter user activity

If desired, you can perform a free search using the Search... field or, alternatively, using the Filters option, you can filter activity by:
Activity desciption
Service category
Service type
Service name
Activity date and time
Criticality level
Outcome
Channel
Platform
Username
Impersonated user [1]
Ticket
  1. In case a technician needs to impersonate your profile to test or verify any issues or unusual behaviors you've reported.

Activity details and Log

Activity Details and Log: For each activity (user or system), you can view the details by clicking the arrow at the end of the row.
In the activity details page, in the Log section, you will find three dots; by clicking on them, you can choose to copy or download (in TXT format) the displayed log.
