If you have lost your username (AWI-12345) or your password, you can follow the steps to recover them by clicking on
Forgotten your username or password? on the
Customer Area login page.
In the
Recover login details section, select
CLOUD Account
You can also recover your login details (AWI account username and password) from the
Control Panel.
