Any outstanding credit that the customer might have, on whatever grounds and for any reason not attributed to any service, may be used by the customer to purchase or renew services provided by Aruba within no more than 12 (twelve) months of the payment date, as indicated in the
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ARUBA CLOUD SERVICES.
After this time, if the customer has not used this credit, it will be considered forfeited to Aruba and the customer will no longer be entitled to use it or to a refund.
