When you ask for one or more services to be activated, the credit needed to cover the cost is reserved.
Always check to make sure there is enough credit available to be able to perform the desired operation, whether you are activating, upgrading or renewing.
The reserved credit will equal the sum of the different costs (by hour, month, calendar month, annually or one-off). Credit can be reserved, to upgrade and renew, regardless of the service status (on/off, activated/deactivated, etc.).
If the setup fails (or for any reason, the requested services are not provided), the credit reserved will be released and made available to the customer.
