With the Cloud Server VPS service it is not possible to import/export disks, this implies that converting a Cloud Server VPS service to a Cloud Server PRO service and vice-versa cannot be done automatically. Given the different nature of the two services there are different ways of switching from one service to another:
- make a manual copy of the content found in your old Cloud Server (VPS / PRO) and proceed to upload the content into the new Cloud Server (PRO / VPS); should you need a remote web space to upload the content we recommend that you use the "Object Storage" service;
- upload the content directly in the new Cloud Server calling it from the old Cloud Server;
ATTENTION: we remind you that it is not possible to use the provided FTP Service as this only allows the upload of .iso / .vhd / .vmdk files.
