2.3 Reserve credit before starting an operation

When requesting a new Cloud Server Pro or one of its components (e.g. vCPU, RAM, IP, etc.) the credit required to cover one hour of service is reserved, and if you have selected resources with a monthly or calendar monthly cost, the reserved credit will be the sum of the various costs (hourly, monthly, or calendar monthly or one-off).
If you request a new Cloud Server Smart the credit reserved will need to cover the following 30 days.
If the operation fails (or for any reason, the ordered services are not provided) the reserved credit will be released and returned to the customer.
