5.4.2 Run Jobs

Run a Job

To run a Job manually, go to the "JOBS" section.

You can run a Job manually regardless of whether or not the Job has been scheduled.

From the list of Jobs shown, choose which one you want to run by clicking on that line (it will be highlighted in blue), then click on "Start" in the top right corner.

A confirmation message will appear,

which you need to click on to proceed.

Run a job - Active Full option

Manually running a scheduled Job involves only saving changes that have occurred since the previous Job.
If you want a full copy of the resources, you need to run a Job in Active Full mode: click on "Job" in the top right corner and choose "Active Full" from the dropdown menu.

A confirmation message will appear,

which you need to click on to proceed.

Check the progress of the Job

To check the progress of a Job, all you need to do is click on the name (in the "Name" column) of the Job from the list in the JOBS section.

the following screen will appear,

click on "Status" for the Job that you have run to see the relevant information.

Stop a Job while it is running

To stop a Job while it is running, choose the Job from the list and click on "Stop" in the top right corner.

A confirmation message will appear,

which you need to click on to proceed.
