Both for the transfer of a Domain Name to another Provider and to make changes to the additional services you are required to unlock the "
Transfer protection".
This can be done directly from the domain name’s technical datasheet as follows:
- select "Edit" under the service name;
- change the option in the "Transfer protection" area, selecting "Unlocked";
- press "SAVE" to confirm.
