Go to the
Control Panel.
Click on "
Recover username" under "
Account".
This will take you to the "
Recover Username" section.
Enter the email address you used to register the AWI account in the "
Email" field, then click on "
RECOVER USERNAME".
The system will send an email with the AWI account username to the email address entered.
If the email address entered is incorrect, an error message will appear saying "Check that the email is correct".
