1.5 Change the details of a domain name

Access the "Domain details" of the domain for which you want to change details using the "MANAGE" button.

You can unlock the "Transfer protection", manage the "Auth Code" and make changes to the following:
 
The owner details of a domain name can be changed after a domain has been registered or transferred.
 
To make changes to the "Owner Details" the "Transfer protection" must first be unlocked.

Once the "Transfer protection" has been unlocked, certain details can be edited (e.g. Address, Town, etc…).
 
To edit details such as Name/Surname/Company click on "UNLOCK".

Once the changes have been made, press "SAVE" to finish.
The authoritative DNS settings can be changed after a domain has been registered or transferred.
 
To make changes to the "Authoritative DNS" the "Transfer protection" must first be unlocked.
 
Changes can be made to both DNS Cloud and custom DNS settings. However, we advise against making changes to settings if you are using DNS Cloud.
 
Each domain name must have between 2 and 8 DNS parameters set.

Once the changes have been made, press "SAVE" to finish.
The additional services can be changed after a domain has been registered or transferred.
 
To make changes to the "Additional Services" the "Transfer protection" must first be unlocked.
  • If the "Transfer Protection" box is ticked, this will be disabled in order to activate/deactivate an additional service.
  • If the "Transfer Protection" box is not ticked, this will be enabled in order to activate/deactivate an additional service.
Once the changes have been made, press "SAVE" to finish.
