When choosing one of the package price plans it is possible to tell the system how to behave if you exceed the the amount of resources. This option can be set while creating an account with package price plan, but can also be changed at any time: when switching from a usage-based rate plan to a package price plan, when selecting a different package or even if you keep the same package.
The two options are as follows:
- The excess resources will be calculated using the Pay-per-Use tariff
The system will calculate the excess resources (compared to your price plan) based on the Pay-per-Use tariff.
- The Object Storage account will be upgraded automatically to the advanced Price Plan
This option makes an auto-renewal (based on the credit of your arubacloud.com account) switching to the advanced package without requiring the user to make the renewal.
Running out of resources with the Storage50000 package price plan
- The excess resources will be calculated using the Pay-per-Use price
This option renews the service automatically (based on the credit of your Cloud.it account) switching to the Pay-per-Use price, which will become the new price plan associated with the Storage account. This option is recommended for those who need more resources than the Storage50000 package.
