2.3 What happens when the credit runs out?

At the time of the monthly expiry (30 days) of the Private Cloud, if the credit available is not sufficient for the renewal, the management account will be suspended. Therefore, it will no longer be possible to access the management of the resources, which in any case will remain reserved for the customer.

If, after seventeen days, no SUFFICIENT TOP-UP has been made to cover the total cost of the Private service, the computational and network resources, and any additional service, will be DELETED.
 
 PLEASE NOTE: the deletion process cannot be undone and it will no longer be possible to recover the resources.
