API keys and secret API keys can only be viewed during creation at step 2. Recover API keys. If you do not make copies of the keys or so not download the .csv file, they cannot be recovered later.
Create an API key by following these steps:
- sign in to the New Cloud Management Platform;
- in the left vertical menu, under UTILITIES select API;
- in the API keys area click on Go to API Keys;
- you will be taken to the API Keys section;
- click on Create API key.
The
Create new API key procedure requires the following details:
- 1. API key details
- Key name: the name that will identify the API key.

- Tag (optional): tags can be assigned to each API key created.
For rules on creating tags, see the guide.
- Click on Continue.
- 2. Recover API key
The API key and secret API key will be displayed during this step. The secret API key (displayed by selecting
Show) will no longer be visible and cannot be recovered at a later stage. Both can be downloaded by clicking on
Download file .csv.
- Click on Continue;
- the Have you seen the secret API key tab will open?;
- confirm to finish creating.
The API key created will be displayed in the list in the
API keys section and will show the status
Active.
