Naming
Each individual component (project, Kubernetes cluster, node pool, Elastic IP, etc.) when created or modified in the New Cloud Management Platform is identified by a name.
The name given to each individual component must meet the following requirements:

2. At least one character required.
3. Not permitted at the beginning or end of the name.
Tagging
Tags are key words assigned to a component to facilitate classification and searching.
Individual tags must meet the following requirements:
