Accepted payment methods for Bare Metal Network services

Bare Metal Network services can be paid for using the following methods:

payment method	payment processing time	renewal
wallet	automatic and immediate	automatic ^[3]
credit card	automatic and immediate ^[2]	automatic ^[3]
PayPal	automatic and immediate ^[2]	automatic ^[3]
bank transfer	approximately 1-3 business days	manual
direct debit	approximately 1-5 business days	automatic
postal payment slip	approximately 3-5 business days	manual

1. Cloud account credit.
2. Subject to successful payment.
3. Optional.

Once the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from Aruba Cloud at the email address you entered when placing the order. Bare Metal Network services may take up to 48 hours to be activated.

Enabling automatic renewal for a Bare Metal Network service

To enable automatic renewal, you must have registered a payment method.

Go to the details page of the Bare Metal Network service (firewall or physical switch);
on the right, you can see the monthly cost, expiration date and automatic renewal status: Automatic renewal not active;
click the button. The Enable automatic renewal panel will be displayed, where you must specify the payment method and renewal frequency.

Disabling automatic renewal for a Bare Metal Network service

Automatic renewal cannot be disabled if you selected direct debit as your payment method. In this case, you must first change the payment method.

Go to the details page of the Bare Metal Network service (firewall or physical switch);
on the right, you can see the monthly cost, expiration date and automatic renewal status: Automatic renewal active;
click the button to disable automatic renewal.

Registering a payment method to enable automatic renewal for a Bare Metal Network service

To register a payment method, follow these steps:

sign in to the customer area using your credentials: Cloud account (for example, XXX-12345) and the corresponding password;
click your profile in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu and select Payment Methods;
to add a payment method, click + New payment method;
you can choose from:
- direct debit;
- credit card;
- PayPal.
