Regardless of which database you chose (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL) when setting up Cloud DBaaS with dedicated resources,
the ratio between vCPUs and RAM must be 1 to 3, with one exception:
You can only increase the RAM by 2 GB in relation to the 3 to 1 vCPU ratio.
