Below are the rules for creating and editing them.
This is the name associated with your Cloud DBaaS and will be the one displayed in the "Manage Cloud DBaaS" section.
Minimum 1, maximum 20 characters
Spaces are not allowed
The only symbols allowed are full stops, hyphens and underscores
This is the name associated with the database created by the system.
Minimum 6, maximum 10 characters
Spaces are not allowed
The only symbol allowed is the underscore
This is the name for the user created by the system.
Minimum 6, maximum 128 characters
Uppercase letters are not allowed
Spaces are not allowed
The following words are not allowed
The only symbol allowed is the underscore
This is the password associated with the user created by the system.
Minimum 8, maximum 128 characters
At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number
Spaces are not allowed
At least one of the following symbols

These rules also apply when creating a new user, changing a user's password, and creating a database.
