11 Restoring a snapshot

Requirement

To restore a snapshot, the Cloud Server must not have the Updating status.

sign in to Aruba CMP;
from the menu, select SERVICES > Compute;
in the Snapshots area, select Go to Snapshots;
in the Snapshots section, find the snapshot you want to restore and select the three dots at the end of the corresponding row;
select Restore from the list of options;
in the Restore snapshot window, confirm the operation and select Restore.

in the Cloud Server area, select Go to Cloud Servers;
in the Cloud Server section, find the Cloud Server associated with the snapshot you want to restore and select the three dots at the end of the corresponding row;
select Manage from the list of options;
on the Cloud Server details page, select the Snapshots tab;
find the snapshot you want to restore and select the three dots at the end of the corresponding row;
select Restore from the list of options;
in the Restore snapshot window, confirm the operation and select Restore.
