Where you can purchase a Cloud VPS OpenStack

The Cloud VPS OpenStack service can be purchased from the Aruba Cloud website and from Aruba CMP.

If you are a new customer and do not have a Cloud account, follow these steps to purchase and manage a Cloud VPS OpenStack:

start configuring the Cloud VPS OpenStack;
during the purchase process, register with Aruba to create an Aruba account (such as [email protected]);
- you will receive a registration confirmation email;
choose your payment method and complete the purchase;
- a Cloud account will also be created automatically and you will receive:
  - a payment confirmation email;
  - a Cloud account creation email;
sign in to the Customer Area with your Aruba account to view the order and its payment;
sign in to Aruba CMP with your Cloud account to manage the Cloud VPS OpenStack.

The Cloud VPS OpenStack is configured and purchased through the cart.aruba.it website.
Once activated, the service is managed through Aruba CMP.

A Cloud VPS OpenStack can be purchased by:

Aruba Cloud customers with a Cloud account;
new customers without a Cloud account.

During the purchase process, new customers register with Aruba and create an Aruba account. Once the purchase is complete, a Cloud account is also created automatically.

The following payment methods are available for the first purchase of a Cloud VPS OpenStack:

1. Cloud account credit, available only to customers who already have a Cloud account.

A Cloud VPS OpenStack can only be renewed using the wallet (Cloud account credit).

If you purchased the Cloud VPS OpenStack as a new customer, top up your Cloud account credit before renewal. If the available credit is insufficient, the service is suspended due to insufficient credit.

Payments for the Cloud VPS OpenStack are displayed in different areas depending on whether they relate to the first purchase or a renewal:

first purchase: the payment can be viewed in the Customer Area and does not appear among the transactions in the Payments area of Aruba CMP, even if you used the wallet (Cloud account credit);
renewals: transactions can be viewed in the Payments area of Aruba CMP.
