01 The Cloud account

The Cloud account is the digital identity that allows you to access Aruba Cloud services and manage the associated resources.
It consists of an account (e.g. ARU-12345, AWI-12345, etc.) and a password.
With your Cloud account, you can:

• access Aruba CMP to create, configure and manage Aruba Cloud services;
• access your customer area to check your orders, top up your credit, activate automatic top-up and set the minimum credit limit.

Any user with an active Aruba account (e.g. @aruba.it and the corresponding password).
If you do not have an Aruba account, create one at signup.aruba.it by completing the registration form.

The Cloud account password is valid for six months, after which you must follow the password change procedure.
