The firewall IP address is available on the service
details page.
To access the firewall, connect to its IP address and use the access credentials (username and password). When the service is activated, Aruba sends you a notification containing the IP address and password.
The username is always
admin, for both Fortinet and pfSense.
If your browser displays HTTPS certificate error messages:
- Chrome - Advanced > Proceed to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (unsafe);
- Firefox - Advanced > Accept the Risk and Continue;
- Edge - Advanced > Continue to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (unsafe);
- Safari - This Connection Is Not Private > Show Details > Visit this website > Visit Website.
