1.9 Deleting a Cloud VPS

Deleting a Cloud VPS

• Sign in to the details page of the Cloud VPS that you want to delete;
• check that it is switched off;
• in the SERVER ACTIONS area, click on DELETE;
• the Delete Cloud Server pop up will open, asking you to select:
  • Delete the service and data at the end of the prepaid period
    by selecting this option, deletion can be cancelled before the end of the prepaid period;
  • Delete the service and data immediately
    by selecting this option, deletion will be immediate and cannot be undone;
• confirm and click on OK, DELETE.

Cancel the deletion of a Cloud VPS at the end of the prepaid period

• Sign in to the Cloud VPS details page;
• under SERVER STATUS you can find the deletion date, based on the end of the prepaid period;
• click on Cancel deletion;
• the Cancel deletion pop up will open;
• confirm and click on OK, CANCEL DELETION.
