1.1 Metal Cloud Infrastructure service

What is the Metal Cloud Infrastructure service

Metal Cloud Infrastructure is a bare metal server solution designed to provide maximum performance, configuration flexibility and full control over your infrastructure. You can choose dedicated physical servers and customize them with scalable hardware resources such as CPU, RAM and disks, as well as advanced network components and high-availability firewalls. It is ideal for mission-critical environments: you can choose from different Dell PowerEdge models and independently manage both the operating system and remote access via iDRAC or XClarity.

The entire infrastructure can be securely accessed through a FortiClient VPN connection. The VPN creates an encrypted channel between your workstation and the Metal Cloud Infrastructure network, providing secure access to servers, firewalls and management consoles (Proxmox and iDRAC).

Metal Cloud Infrastructure service configurations

When purchasing the Metal Cloud Infrastructure service, choose the Dell PowerEdge server model and configure CPU, RAM, disks and firewall according to your requirements.
