Whois Privacy service
This service, available only for certain extensions, allows you to hide the domain owner's details (name, surname, address, etc.) provided to the relevant authority during registration or transfer. If you enable this option, the owner's details will not be visible in Whois searches.
The service has an annual cost based on the duration of the domain. You can enable it when registering or transferring the domain, or at a later time.
When registering or transferring a domain name with the .name extension, you must wait at least 5 days before you can change the Whois Privacy service.

Authoritative DNS
Authoritative DNS servers contain the official information for a domain, such as the IP address of the website, email records and other associated services. When a user enters the domain name in a browser or sends an email, the authoritative DNS server provides the correct response to the system, allowing the requested service to be reached. A set of authoritative DNS servers is assigned to each domain registered or transferred.
You can configure custom DNS servers or use the Aruba Cloud DNS servers automatically provided by the system:

- dns1.arubacloud.co.uk
Aruba Cloud DNS servers are available for a fee. Custom DNS servers are free of charge.
