If you have initiated the procedure to
delete a Backup for Microsoft 365 account, by choosing the option
On dd/mm/yyyy, end of the prepaid period, the service will remain active until the natural expiration date.
If you wish to cancel the scheduled deletion and restore the automatic renewal of the service upon expiration, follow these steps:
- access the Backup for Microsoft 365 account detail page via the MANAGE button;
- under the status area, you will see the message The service and all data will be deleted on dd/mm/yyyy;
- click on Cancel deletion to cancel the scheduled deletion at the end of the prepaid period;
- the Cancel scheduled deletion window will appear;
- confirm the operation by clicking the OK, CONFIRM button.
