1.1.1.1 Editing a price plan (users and storage)

It is not possible to modify the tariff plan for user accounts and storage space of a Backup for Microsoft 365 account if:

You have chosen to cancel it with the option on the specified date, end of the prepaid period. (you must cancel the cancellation);
You have a scheduled modification at the next renewal (you must cancel the modification).

To modify the tariff plan for user accounts and storage space of a Backup for Microsoft 365 account, follow these steps:

access the technical details of the Backup for Microsoft 365 account;
click on the Modify option located under the name of the Backup for Microsoft 365 account;
you can modify (according to the options listed at the end of this documentation):
- Users (only for shared solutions)
- Space (for shared and dedicated solutions)
click on the PROCEED button at the bottom of the page;
on the Confirmation of changes level that appears, confirm by clicking the OK, CONFIRM button.

We remind you that in the case of a dedicated solution, the number of users will be automatically counted based on those actually used in multiples of 10. For this reason, during the modification phase, you will not have the possibility to change the number of users.

The scheduled modification can be canceled before the renewal, if present, you cannot make further changes to the service.
