The procedure for purchasing a dedicated server is carried out on the cart.aruba.it website, but you can manage it through
Aruba CMP.
To create a dedicated server, follow these steps:
- sign in to Aruba CMP;
- from the menu, select BARE METAL & VPS > Dedicated Servers;
- in the Dedicated Servers area, select Go to dedicated servers;
- in the Dedicated Servers section, select Add Server;
- choose one of the available servers and select the Configure button at the end of the corresponding row;
- you will be redirected to the cart.aruba.it shopping cart, where the Bare Metal configuration procedure will begin and you will be asked to provide the following information:
- 2 CONFIGURATION
- from the available settings, select the following:
- SERVER FEATURES
- RESOURCES, DISKS, CONTROLLER, EXTERNAL STORAGE, NETWORK RESOURCES;
- CONNECTIVITY
- OPERATING SYSTEM
- OPERATING SYSTEM, PLESK PANEL;
- select CONTINUE and go to summary;
- 3 SUMMARY
- in the YOUR ORDER area on the right, you can specify the number of Bare Metal servers you want to purchase (Qty) and the service period (Duration);
- by selecting Configuration notes, you can enter a comment if you have specific requests. The note will be read by Aruba Cloud staff;
- a summary of the costs and details (monthly fee and activation fee) is displayed;
- select CONTINUE with purchase;
- 4 LOGIN
- select CONTINUE to complete the order;
- 5 CLIENT DETAILS
- in the Check your information area, confirm or edit the information associated with your Cloud account and select CONFIRM;
- 6 PAYMENT
- under Order summary and payment, choose one of the available payment methods (if you use a credit card or PayPal, you can enable automatic renewal);
- accept the terms and conditions and select CONFIRM ORDER and proceed to payment.
