Accepted payment methods for the Dedicated Server service
The Dedicated Server service can be paid for using the following methods:

Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from Aruba Cloud at the email address you entered when placing the order. Activation of the Bare Metal service may take up to 48 hours.
Enabling automatic renewal for a dedicated server
- Go to the dedicated server details page;
- on the right-hand side, you can see the monthly cost, expiry date and automatic renewal status: Automatic renewal not active;
- click the button. The Enable automatic renewal window will open, where you can select the payment method and renewal frequency.
Disabling automatic renewal for a dedicated server
Automatic renewal cannot be disabled if you have selected direct debit as your payment method. In this case, you must change the payment method first.
- Go to the dedicated server details page;
- on the right-hand side, you can see the monthly cost, expiry date and automatic renewal status: Automatic renewal active;
- click the button to disable automatic renewal.
Saving a payment method to enable automatic renewal for a dedicated server
To save a payment method, follow these steps:
- sign in to the customer area using your credentials: Cloud account (in the format XXX-12345) and the corresponding password;
- click your profile in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu and select Payment Methods;
- to add a payment method, click + New payment method;
- you can choose from:
- direct debit;
- credit card;
- PayPal.
