Accessing the Bare Metal server details page

Restarting the Bare Metal server

• Access the Bare Metal server details page;
• click Server Actions on the right and select Restart;
• the Server restart window will open;
• restarting a Bare Metal server is not an automatic operation. When you click Restart Server, a notification is sent to the technical staff, who will manually perform the operation on the server. You must therefore allow the necessary time for Aruba Cloud staff to complete the operation.

Changing the Bare Metal server name

• Access the Bare Metal server details page;
• click Server Actions on the right and select Change name;
• the Change server name window will open, where you can change the name assigned to the Bare Metal server;
• confirm the change by clicking Change Server Name.
   
  This operation only changes the Bare Metal server name displayed on the details page. To change the hostname, you must access the Bare Metal server and change it manually.
