12 Managing reverse DNS

What is the reverse DNS service

The Reverse DNS service allows you to resolve a public IP address to a hostname in FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) format and ensures that the public IP address matches the domain it points to. You can add or remove one or more hostnames for each public IP address.

Changes to a host (adding or removing it) may take up to 48 hours to be applied. While a change is being applied, you cannot make any further changes.
