What a credit code (voucher) is
What a credit code is
A credit code is an alphanumeric code that represents credit with a monetary value (e.g. €10, €25). It gives you credit that is deducted from the amount of the top-up you are making.
€15 credit code and €50 top-up: you will pay €35 + VAT.
When to activate a credit code
You must activate it at the beginning of the top-up procedure (Add credit to your account) by selecting Do you have a credit code? Activate it now!.
Who can use a credit code
It is available to Aruba Cloud customers.

What a discount code is
A discount code is an alphanumeric code that gives you a percentage discount on the top-up you are making.
20% discount code and €50 top-up: you will pay €40 + VAT.
When to use a discount code
You must enter it in the Summary step of the top-up procedure, in the Discount code field.
Who can use a discount code
It is available to Aruba Cloud customers.
What bonus credit is
What bonus credit is
Bonus credit is credit given to new customers (individuals and companies) so they can try Aruba Cloud services. The amount is €50 for individuals and €250 for companies.
Individual - €50 bonus credit with a €5 top-up: you will pay €5 + VAT and will have €55 of credit.
Company - €250 bonus credit with a €10 top-up: you will pay €10 + VAT and will have €260 of credit.
When to activate bonus credit
You activate it by completing the top-up procedure as a new customer and topping up at least €5 + VAT if you are an individual, or €10 + VAT if you are a company.
Who can use bonus credit
It is available to new customers (individuals and companies) who activate an Aruba Cloud account.
How long bonus credit can be used for
From the date of activation, you have two months to use your bonus credit or convert it into credit that can be used for all Aruba Cloud services.

You can use bonus credit to try all the services available on Aruba Cloud, except for the following specific features and services:

To convert bonus credit into credit that can be used for all Aruba Cloud services (without restrictions), you must top up at least €10 + VAT within two months of the date your Aruba Cloud account was created.
