The transfer of ownership of a Cloud account applies to all services associated with it. To proceed with the transfer, the transferor's credit balance must be equal to or greater than zero. To proceed, follow the steps below:
- download and complete the CLOUD COMPUTING TRANSFER REQUEST FORM;
- in the form, you must provide:
- the details of the current owner of the Cloud account for which you are requesting the transfer (transferor's details);
- the username and personal details of the new owner;
- the new owner's username must not already have a Cloud account associated with it;
- if the registered username already has an associated Cloud account, you can request a new Aruba account associated with the same personal details by following the instructions in the guide on how to create a new Aruba account associated with your personal details;
- remember that, if you choose to have the remaining credit refunded, the balance of the transferred Cloud account will be reset to zero;
- once the transfer is complete, the new owner must therefore top up the Cloud account to ensure that the services can be renewed;
- using the new Cloud account, access the cart to make a credit top-up without completing the payment procedure, choosing bank transfer or postal order as the payment method;
- open a support request from the assistenza.aruba.it portal and attach:
- the duly completed CLOUD COMPUTING TRANSFER REQUEST FORM;
- a copy of the current owner's identity document;
- a copy of the new owner's identity document;
- for a legal entity, such as a company or organization, a company registration certificate issued no more than 3 months previously, showing the owner/legal representative.
