Requirement
Creating a Hybrid Link
- Sign in to Aruba CMP;
- from the menu, select VMware on Aruba Cloud > Network;
- in the Hybrid Link area, select Go to the Control Panel;
- on the Hybrid Link Manage page, select ADD NEW HYBRID LINK;
- the Create Hybrid Link procedure requires the following details:
- 1 Name
- assign a name (mandatory) to the service you are creating; you can edit the name after creation;
- 2 Connect resources
- select the Service type for the source resource and the target resource;
- under Service to be connected, select the two active services you want to connect (see the types of resources you can connect);
- select the Type of hybrid network available for the selected resources (see the types of hybrid network);
- check the expected cost for the selected configuration.
- Select CREATE HYBRID LINK and confirm the creation.

Requests to create a Hybrid Link service are processed within 48 hours, during office hours (8:30-18:30), Monday to Friday. Once the request has been completed, the service status changes from Creating to Connected.
