1.2 Backup for Microsoft 365 account status

The Backup for Microsoft 365 account can be in one of the following states:
 
Account Status State Description Action
Creating The account is being created. Please wait for the creation to be completed.
Active The account is active. The account is active.
Updating The account is being updated due to a modification. Please wait for the update to be completed.
Suspended Backups are suspended, and access to Veeam Service Provider Console is blocked. If the suspension is due to insufficient credit for renewal, you must recharge enough credit to cover the renewal cost.

Inactive Backups are suspended, and access to Veeam Service Provider Console is blocked. This occurs when a shared solution exceeds 1,000 users. You need to contact support.
Deleting The account is being deleted. Please wait for the deletion to be completed.
