In case of loss, the reset of the password for the Microsoft 365 Backup account must be done through the Veeam Service Provider Console.
To perform the password reset, follow these steps:
- access the detail page of the Backup for Microsoft 365 account;
- scroll down to the Manage Services section;
- click on the GO TO PANEL button on the right of the Veeam Service Provider entry;
- in the initial login screen, click on the Forgot password? option.
