Retention Policy [2] :
- Snapshot-based
An incremental backup of all data is performed, and it is retained for the period set as retention.
- Item-level
A check is made on the creation date or last modification date of individual items (single folder or single file), and the backup is only performed if there has been a creation/modification within the period set as retention. This option is usually chosen when a long-term retention period is set (in the order of many months or years).
