If you have chosen a storage plan with the option of suspending jobs when storage runs out, here is what you can do:
- Manually: When your disk space is fully utilized, backup jobs will be automatically suspended (shared solution);
- Suspension of backup jobs without adding more disk space (dedicated solution);
In the event of storage running out, the system will take the following actions:
In this case, you can:
- modify the space quota plan by:
- increasing resources;
- changing the behavior when running out of space by selecting the option for automatic expansion;
- do not modify the space quota plan and contact support to free up space occupied by backups, and consequently reactivate access to Veeam Service Provider Console.
