1.1.1.3 What to do if storage runs out, with the option of suspending jobs

If you have chosen a storage plan with the option of suspending jobs when storage runs out, here is what you can do:
  • Manually: When your disk space is fully utilized, backup jobs will be automatically suspended (shared solution);
  • Suspension of backup jobs without adding more disk space (dedicated solution);
In the event of storage running out, the system will take the following actions:
In this case, you can:
  • modify the space quota plan by:
    • increasing resources;
    • changing the behavior when running out of space by selecting the option for automatic expansion;
  • do not modify the space quota plan and contact support to free up space occupied by backups, and consequently reactivate access to Veeam Service Provider Console.
Please note that you can still perform restores through the Veeam Restore Portal.
