After opening the
detail page of the Backup Account you wish to edit, you will reach a page like the following.
The Backup Account will be either:
- Active - with this status the Backup Account has all the features activated.
- Suspended - with this status the Backup Account maintains its features (rate plan and configurations) but cannot be used. This status can be configured manually by the user or configured by the system if the credit runs out.
In order to change the status (ACTIVE/SUSPENDED) of a Backup Account simply click one of the provided buttons.

Whether you want to suspend it,
or activate it,
the system will then ask you to confirm the operation.
