What an upgrade is
Upgrading Smart Storage consists of increasing the
resources included in the selected plan:
- storage space;
- the number of snapshots.
Smart Storage does not allow you to downgrade the selected plan.
Data replication is an optional service associated with the Smart Storage plan: if you disable it during renewal, this will not be considered a downgrade.
Renewing Smart Storage
- Go to the Smart Storage details page;
- go to Smart Storage Actions and select Renew now from the list;
- you will be redirected to the cart.aruba.it shopping cart, where the Smart Storage renewal process will begin;
- choose the number of months for which you want to renew the plan and complete the remaining steps.
Calculating upgrade costs
If you choose to upgrade, you will lose the amount already paid in advance for your current plan.
Upgrading the plan changes the service renewal date.
Upgrading Smart Storage
- Go to the Smart Storage details page;
- go to Smart Storage Actions and select Upgrade from the list;
- you will be redirected to the cart.aruba.it shopping cart, where the Smart Storage configuration process will begin;
- change the Smart Storage plan and complete the remaining steps.
Upgrading and renewing Smart Storage
- Go to the Smart Storage details page;
- go to Smart Storage Actions and select Upgrade and renew from the list;
- you will be redirected to the cart.aruba.it shopping cart, where the Smart Storage configuration process will begin;
- change the Smart Storage plan, choose the number of months for which you want to renew the service and complete the remaining steps.
