22 October 2026, Application Platform Cloud will no longer be available for purchase. This means that new instances can no longer be bought. Active instances will remain available until
30 April 2027, when the service is scheduled to be discontinued.
For cloud resource management and automation, you can consider Aruba Cloud Terraform APIs, which are already available as an alternative. Terraform can help you define infrastructure as code and reproduce application stacks on Aruba Cloud resources. This approach can be useful for rebuilding environments, configurations and application components currently managed on Application Platform in a more structured way, after checking the specific requirements of your project.

Creating an Application Platform Cloud account
- Log in to the Control Panel;
- from the menu, select Public Cloud > Container > Application Platform > Management;
- in the Application Platform Cloud Account Management section, select Add Account;
- the creation procedure requires the following information:
- 1. Price plan selection
choose one of the following price plans:

- 2. Login credentials
each account is associated with an email address, which is required to activate and access the service;
- Email - after creating the new account, you will receive an email at the address provided with the instructions to set your password;
- select CREATE APPLICATION PLATFORM to complete the account creation.
What to do after creating an Application Platform Cloud account
The newly created account will be displayed in the Application Platform Cloud Account Management section with the status Creating. You will receive an email with a link to set your password and activate the service.
Activating an Application Platform Cloud account
Once the account has been created, you will receive an email with a link to choose your password and activate your Application Platform Cloud account.
- open the email you received;
- click the ACTIVATE YOUR JELASTIC ACCOUNT link in the email;
- a page will open where you can choose and confirm your password;
- click CONTINUE to access the Application Platform Cloud environment.
You have 24 hours from account creation to choose your password and complete the service activation.
