Accessing the Application Platform Cloud details page
- Log in to the Control Panel;
- from the menu, select Public Cloud > Container > Application Platform > Management;
- in the Application Platform Cloud Account Management section, locate the service and select MANAGE at the end of the corresponding row;
- from the Application Platform Cloud account details page, you can:

- Go to the details page of the Application Platform Cloud account;
- select ACCESS APPLICATION PLATFORM;
- on the Application Platform environment login page, use your email address and the password you assigned to the account.
Editing the Application Platform Cloud account email address
You cannot edit the Application Platform Cloud account if you have requested the deletion of an Application Platform Cloud account with a package price plan. To edit the account, you must first
cancel the deletion request.
- Go to the details page of the Application Platform Cloud account;
- select EDIT EMAIL;
- in the Edit Application Platform email window, enter the new email address and confirm the operation by selecting OK, EDIT EMAIL.
Editing a package price plan
With an active package price plan, you can:
- upgrade the plan (for Small and Medium plans);
- change how the plan handles usage exceeding the resources included in the plan;
- switch to a Pay-per-use price plan (this operation is irreversible).
You cannot edit the Application Platform Cloud account if you have requested the deletion of an Application Platform Cloud account with a package price plan. To edit the account, you must first
cancel the deletion request.
- Go to the details page of the Application Platform Cloud account;
- select the Edit tab below the Application Platform Cloud account name;
- in the Edit price plan area, make the required changes;
- select OK, APPLY CHANGES.
