How to create a project

• Log in to the Aruba Cloud Management Platform;
• from the menu items select Governance > Projects;
• in the Projects section select + Create project;
• to create the project, enter the following information:
  • Project information
    • assign a name to the project (comply with the name composition rules);
    • you can add a description;
    • you can associate one or more tags with the project (comply with the tag composition rules);
    • assign the project to a folder;
    • you can choose whether to set it as the default project;
• click on Create project to complete the creation.

How to access the project detail page

• Log in to the Aruba Cloud Management Platform;
• from the menu items select Governance > Projects;
• in the Projects section locate the project and click on the three dots at the end of the corresponding row;
• select Manage from the proposed list.

How to edit a project

• Access the project detail page;
• in the Project actions area click on Edit information;
• in the window that opens you can:
  • change the project name (comply with the name composition rules);
  • change the description;
  • modify the tags (comply with the tag composition rules);
  • change the folder;
  • set the project as the default project;
• click on Edit information to apply the changes.

How to view the activity log

• Access the project detail page;
• at the bottom select the Activity log tab;
• the activities are displayed and you can sort them by:
  • Activity type;
  • Activity description;
  • Activity date and time;
  • Severity level;
  • Outcome.

• Log in to the Aruba Cloud Management Platform;
• from the menu items select Governance > Projects;
• in the Projects section locate the project you want to delete and click on the three dots at the end of the corresponding row;
• select Delete from the proposed list;
• in the Delete projects window confirm the operation and click on Delete projects.
