03 Editing a personal template

Accessing the personal template details page

• Log in to Aruba CMP;
• from the menu, select VMware on Aruba Cloud > Storage;
• in the Custom templates area, select Go to the Control Panel;
• select the data center where the personal template is located;
• on the Personal Templates page, locate the personal template and select MANAGE at the end of the corresponding row.

Editing a personal template

• Access the personal template details page;
• select Edit below the template name;
• you can edit:
  • the name;
  • the descriptive text;
  • the operating system version;
  • the access details (username and password).
     
    The access details (username and password) will be used the first time you log in to the Cloud Server created from the template. Changing them does not affect Cloud Servers that have already been created.
• select SAVE CHANGES;
• in the Edit Personal Template window, confirm the operation by selecting CONFIRM NOW.
